We are lucky to have great guests! For such guests the Rules of Accommodation are just a formality. However, they include rules that both parties must respect. For example, the way we treat your personal data or the method of cancelling a reservation.

Rules of Accommodation

50% discount for all of a name KAREL

The year 2024 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of the main architect of Ještěd, KAREL HUBÁČEK. Therefore, everyone with the name or surname KAREL has a special code for 50% discount on accommodation. When booking online, just enter the promo code in the field: KARELMASLEVU50.

The discount is valid for all bookings with arrival from 1.11.2024 to 31.3.2025, except for the week after Christmas and New Year's Eve. Discount cannot be applied to packages or combined with other discounts. It is a condition that at least one guest with the first name or surname Karel must be present in each discounted room at check-in, and proof of this is required. This applies even if the discount is applied thanks to a child with the name Karel (you must always provide proof of ID, passport or birth certificate). If the hotel is unable to provide proof of the name or surname Karel for at least one of the guests in the room, the room rate will have to be paid locally. The discount cannot be applied to additional services, extra beds or dog payments. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to bookings already made without a promo code.
