Terms and Conditions for Buying Online Tickets
- The buyer concludes the order with the JEŠTĚD, spol. s r.o., ID: 25008552, which is the operator of the restaurant Ještěd.
- Dinner reservations are made online via the website jested.cz. If the reservation is successful, the buyer will be redirected to the payment gateway to pay and complete the reservation.
- Reservations can only be paid online by credit card through a secure payment gateway.
- After payment, the buyer will receive an email with a pdf file with the number of tickets as per the booking and a pdf file with the accompanying information for the evening. Each ticket has a unique code.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for money.
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge by the purchaser until Tuesday 26.12.2023, in which case the reservation money will be refunded by the operator in the same way as payment was made. If the guest cancels the reservation on 27.12. and onwards, the money cannot be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation by the operator (e.g. in the event of emergency regulations), the money will be refunded in full to the purchaser.
- After payment, the purchaser can print the ticket on their printer. The organizer accepts the submission of the ticket in electronic form in the original pdf file.
- Any tampering with the graphic design of the ticket will invalidate it.
- Ještěd spol. s r.o. shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized use or copying of the ticket. It must be kept safe and protected against misuse. Entry will only be granted on the basis of this ticket, which will pass the first check at the entrance. If anyone presents the same ticket or a copy of it, they will not be admitted to the event.
- By ordering a ticket online and redeeming it, the purchaser confirms that he/she has read, understands and accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.
